   The Duerming Bolera Picó Apartments are located in the town of Portonovo, municipality of Sanxenxo.      The Duerming Bolera Picó Apartments have 8 apartments in a single type of accommodation located on the 2nd line of the beach, just 20 m. from Baltar beach, promenade and marina. All of them have capacity for between 4 and 5 people maximum and are equipped with two bedrooms, kitchen-living room, bathroom, washing machine, basic kitchenware, microwave, TV, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, bed linen and towels. They do not have heating. The accommodation facilities are completed with an elevator and private parking (parking) in a nearby building on request and at an extra cost. 

     The keys are handed over at the concierge of the Portonovo Picó Apartments (C/Rafael picó 24), just one minute from the establishment, during check-in hours from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Together with the collection of the keys, it will be necessary to deposit a deposit of €100 per apartment and stay, refundable on departure if there are no damages.
